Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

What are your materials made of?

925 Sterling Silver: 90% pure silver, mixed with alloys to add strength and durability. 
Gold Vermeil: Gold Plated over a Sterling Silver base.
14K Gold Dipped: Thin layer of gold adheres to the silver through an electroplating bath. 
Gold Plated: Gold dipped over a lesser metal such as brass.

 **For the best care of your jewelry, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance. However, we do offer cleaning and repair services for a fee. Please contact our customer service team for further details at info@moldjewelry.com for an assessment and we will send you a free estimate.

How do I check my order status?

If you have an account please login first and then follow the directions below: 

1) When signed in to your account, click on 'ACCOUNT' at the top right-hand corner of the site. 

2) On the left, you will see your account information and in the main area, you will see your 'Order History' if you have previously ordered from us.

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. We start working on your order right away as soon as it has been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please double check all orders as well as payment methods before placing your order. We cannot update discount code promos to your order after your order has been placed. I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?

How can I track my Package/s?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if your shipping method chosen has tracking)

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email info@moldjewelry.com with any questions or concerns.

What if my package is lost?

MOLD Jewelry is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $4 USD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! 

Do we accept returns and exchanges? 

At this time, we only accept exchanges. We do not offer refunds. We are happy to give you an exchange within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info@moldjewelry.com.
